Arabella Decker is an accomplished artist, global thinker, and outstanding leader. For over 25 years she has been contributing her talent and energy to the Bay Area art community as an innovator and organizer. Her motivation is “to retain fine art as a means of enhancing every man’s quality of life, now and in future generations."
